NYBA Credit Card Policy of 2010
As an on-going league rule, established by the NYBA Board of Directors, all teams playing in the NYBA 2010 American Legion Baseball Season shall have a credit card number and information on file with the NYBA's Treasurer. It is agreed that charges for schedule changes (as per Form #SC00); charges for additional game(s) (as per Form #AG01); charges for forfeited games; as well as any additional supplies (such as baseballs, patches, etc.) shall be held against the credit card of record. This also includes any or all unpaid league fees. If full payment (cash or check) is directly received by the NYBA's Treasurer on or before 08-15-10, then the credit card will not be charged. After 08-15-10, all charges incurred will be processed to the credit card.
NO NYBA TEAMS WILL BE PERMITTED TO PLAY IN
2008 WITHOUT HAVING COMPLETED THIS FORM.
I have read the NYBA's Credit Card Policy of 2010 and agree to its terms.
